Refund Policy

Thank you for using Valedra Metrica for your career assessment needs. We are committed to providing you with high-quality services and products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy as detailed below:

 

Refund Eligibility:

A refund will only be granted if the report is not generated after taking the assessment and making the payment.

 

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at assessment@valedra.com within seven (7) days of making the payment. In your email, please provide the following information:

  • Your full name, email id and contact information
  • City
  • Reason for requesting a refund

 

Our customer support team will review your request and verify that the report has not been generated. If the report has not been generated, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note that once the report has been generated, no refund will be provided.
